We have a new house guest inhabiting the corner of the living room. It came about with much thought and discussion, mostly inside my head. I did my research, tried out several models, and landed on the Horizon EX-69. We got a heck of a deal at our local Dunham's. Also, it was the floor model so we didn't have to put it together!
During college, I enjoyed working out at the fitness center, and I frequently used the ellipticals. Quieter and lower impact than a treadmill, I get a pretty good workout from the elliptical. I am excited to be able to work up a good sweat in the warmth of my home this winter, rather than freezing outside.
And to fuel my body for a good workout, I made a breakfast casserole tonight, a recipe I found on Pinterest. It took some convincing to get Kb on board with the idea of a breakfast casserole for supper, but he was hungry and I handed it to him on a plate so he ate it. And he went back for seconds and thirds. It was good; I love the crescent roll crust, but it lacked something. Country gravy, maybe? I added maple syrup; Kb poured on some salsa.
