These days, we don't go to restaurants much. That whole budget thing kind of prohibits it. Therefore, our version of eating out includes a fire and some lawn chairs. There may not be as much variety, but the food is still pretty tasty.
Last night, we celebrated the weekend with pizza pudgy pies and s'mores. Typical pudgy pies are made with pie filling, but my favorite kind is pizza. Just in case you've never tasted the goodness that is a pizza pudgy pie, I will explain.
Make sure you've got the goods.
First, spray the pie irons with some of that non-stick spray stuff. Then, spread two refrigerated biscuits on each side of the pie iron. You can use one biscuit on each side for a small pudgy pie.
Add all of your favorite pizza toppings. Must include black olives, must.
And cook!
I'm convinced they taste better when a sexy man does the cookin. :)

S'mores for dessert! Made with the super-sized marshmallows I found at Pine Hill. Kb dubbed them "footlongs."
Kb also made pudgy pie with butter and cinnamon. Good stuff.
