Scrimping Success, 2

Today, I visited Pine Hill for the first time. It's one of those Amish country stores that lures you in, helpless against your desire to find out just what they've got in there. I've been wanting to check it out, but recently, I received a coupon in the mail, and I knew it was time.

I packed up my cloth bags and my grocery list and headed out, ready for anything. Upon entering the store, it's obvious that I'm a newbie.  I'm not exactly familiar with the layout and the routine. But I managed to get a cart full of slightly expired or somewhat damaged, but super cheap, goodies. I even got the name brands! Kb will be especially excited about the Hidden Valley Ranch and Peter Pan Peanut Butter. Those are luxuries around here. In fact, a got several of his favorite things. He just doesn't have to know about the whole slightly expired bit. We'll keep that a secret. As long as the graham crackers are crunchy and the juice is juicy, Pine Hill will be revisited and I will get that routine down pat.

Another scrimping success!
