Once I got it home, that hunk of meat was rather intimidating. It sat in the freezer for a few weeks. But I broke it out tonight with big plans. Ok, the recipe was uncomplicated, the plans not so large.
But I tried something new, and it worked! Kb dubbed it a make again.
It took awhile to cook. We had to fight off the munchies while the kitchen turned into a sauna.
In the end, it was worth it.
Hunk of meat: conquered and consumed.
